Dr. Hester invites you to visit our office and experience his dream. In May 2002 he established Hester Eye Associates, after being in a group optometric practice for 6 years. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham Optometry School.

Sandy is the Executive Director at Hester Eye Associates. She brings skills to the office that include Laser Vision Correction as well as superb patient services. She serves as the Vision Source Representative for our office. Sandy and her husband have a blended family of 6 boys. One of her greatest joys is a wonderful grandson, Landon. She also enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Debra is one of the Opticians at Hester Eye Associates with over 30 years experience in all aspects of the optical industry. She joined Dr. Hester in August 2010. Debra has one daughter, Victoria. In her spare time, she likes to “play in the dirt”, throw darts, and enjoy the company of her schnauzer, Mardi.

Amy is the Office Manager at Hester Eye Associates. She joined Dr. Hester in June 2011. She brings our patients the benefit of over 11 years of experience in the ophthalmology profession. Amy has a strong customer service background from working management positions in the hospitality field. In her free time, Amy enjoys scrapbooking, kayaking and other outdoor activities.

Deanna is one of our opticians. She came to our office with 15 years of optometry practice experience. Her background allows her to be versatile in all areas of the practice. Deanna lives in Kennesaw with her husband Bret, and they have one daughter. She enjoys time with her family, friends, and crafts.

Kaiden is one of our technicians at Hester Eye Associates. She originally started working in the field three years ago. Kaiden is always happy helping others and working with patients. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her 2 dogs, Ozzy and Sabbath.

Petra is one of our optometric technicians. She has been in the field for four years and enjoys working with patients. She is very excited to join the Hester Eye team. She enjoys spending her free time swimming, gardening, and playing with her granddaughter.
